This was a creditor’s bill, brought by certain parties, creditors of S. S. Phelps, S. S. Phelps & Co., and Phelps & Bice, -against Stephen S. Phelps, William Phelps, Myron Phelps and -others, to reach certain property which had been conveyed by S. S. Phelps & Co. in fraud of creditors. The proceeding was instituted in Henderson county on September 24, 1862, by filing three bills. The first bill, which is known as the “ Curts bill, ” was predicated upon six judgments rendered in the circuit court of Henderson county, against Stephen S. Phelps and Arthur S.
