This is a suit for a writ of mandamus to compel defendant to execute for and on behalf of the La Salle parish school board a contract with relator, authorized by a resolution of the school board, employing him as principal of the Olla Standard Agricultural High School for the year beginning July 1, 1927, and ending July 1, 1928.
