McCALEB, Justice.

The plaintiff, Wade J. Gamier, sought an injunction in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court for the Parish of East Baton Rouge against the Louisiana Milk Commission and the members thereof, T. D. Dyer, Harry D. Wilson, Dr. J. H. Musser, Dr. E. P. Flower, A. G. Compton and H. G. Vernon, restraining them from removing or attempting to remove him from the office of Secretary of the Commission.
