MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MURGUIA, District Judge.

This matter is before the court on numerous discovery motions. Defendant, International Paper Co. (IP), has filed motions to compel discovery, (Doc. 35), and deposition testimony. (Doc. 43). Plaintiff, Jeannine Walls (Walls), has filed motions for extension of time to respond to IP’s motion to compel discovery, (Doc. 48, 52), a motion to file her opposition to the discovery out of time, (Doc. 57), and a motion for protective order.
