The situation presented is somewhat similar to that considered by this court and by the Circuit Court of Appeals in connection with the defendant’s customer Olivier Straw Goods Corporation. Greenough v. Munroe (D. C.) 46 F.(2d) 537; Id. (C. C. A.) 53 F.(2d) 362. In the present case Frank B.
