These two appeals are prosecuted from the same judgment and upon the same record and involve the con*732struction of two paragraphs of the will of Mary Parker Gill, deceased, said paragraphs reading:

“Also to the Woman’s Club of Louisville, Ky., the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) annually, or as much thereof as the trust company may have an interest on hand — until they shall have received the sum of twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars, including sums paid during my lifetime, for which receipts will be found herewith.
