Reversing.

This is an action under the Declaratory Judgment Act (Acts 1922, c. 83) for a construction of the will of Mrs. Elizabeth Parry Watson, who died on December 24,1928, and for a declaration of the rights of the appellants in the estate held by appellee as executor and trustee, and for a declaration of the obligations and duties of the executor under the terms of her will. The appellant Sudie P. Gooding is a sister of the testatrix, and the appellant Mary E. Peed is a half-sister, and they were her only heirs at law at the time of the death of Mrs.…
