Michael Grecco is a professional photographer, whose celebrity portraits and editorial images have appeared in publications such as Time, Vanity Fair, and Forbes. Grecco contracts with clients through Michael Grecco Productions ("MGP"), his photography studio and business. This matter arises from a copyrighted photograph that Grecco took for Barron's, a financial news outlet. Valuewalk, LLC is a competitor of Barron's, owned and operated by Jacob Wolinsky.
