¶ 1. This case arises from a car accident involving one vehicle driven by Leslie “Terry” Singley (Singley). On the morning of February 14,2008, Singley was. traveling westbound on Interstate 20 in Clinton, Mississippi, in his Ford F-150 pickup truck. Having set his cruise control at 65 miles per hour (mph), he was approaching a bypass near the Natchez Trace Parkway.
