— Affirming.

N. B. Bowling, as administrator of J. T. Payne, deceased, brought this suit under tbe Federal Employers’ Liability Act, against tbe Louisville & Nashville Eailroad Company, to recover damages for bis death. Tbe jury returned a verdict in Ms favor for $5,050.00, of which sum they apportioned $5,000.00 to the decedent’s *464widow, and $50.00 to Ms daughter. Judgment was entered accordingly and the railroad company appeals.
