Instantly, Vergie Smith appeals an order granting appellee’s motion for summary judgment and denying her cross-motion for partial summary judgment in a mortgage foreclosure action. The trial court held that appellee had complied with the notice provisions of Act 6 of 1974, 41 P.S. § 101 et seq., and that summary judgment was appropriate because appellant admitted that she was in default on the mortgage.
