ORDER

NANGLE, District Judge.

Before the Court are plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration of this Court’s Order of November 23, 1998, (Doc. 17), and alternative request that the Court dismiss this action without prejudice and determine that the defendants were in fact served. (Doc. 23). In the November 23 Order, the Court dismissed defendants Coastal Utilities, Inc. (Coastal), Gary Clanton Groover, and John Does 1 and 2 in the above-captioned action pursuant to Rule’4(m) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and denied as moot Coastal and Groover’s motion to dismiss them from the action.…
