MEMORANDUM OPINION
BROWN, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court sua sponte upon the Court’s receipt of a letter from counsel for PMD Enterprises, Inc., alleging various ethical violations on the part of counsel for the Estate of McLaughlin, Marvin I. Barish, arising from his investigator’s alleged improper contact with John Graziosetta, a material fact witness and designated member of PMD’s litigation control group.
