Appellees W. A. Adams and A. C Walker instituted this suit in the District Court of Tarrant County against the appellant, First National Bank of Crockett, Texas, in the dual form of trespass to try title and to remove cloud from title, involving valuable residence property in the city of Fort Worth, being lots Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in block No. 1 of Daggett’s second addition to said city. The parties claim through M. Harrold as common source, the appellees by deed of purchase, and the appellant through sheriff’s deed at execution sale under a judgment lien. The facts…
