RYMER, Circuit Judge:

This appeal involves a claim of qualified immunity in a civil rights action seeking damages from a law enforcement officer who decided to leave information about the informants’ relationship with the suspect out of his application for a search warrant. The search turned up methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and cash, as a result of which Robert Lombardi was prosecuted by California authorities. However, charges were dropped when a Superior Court judge granted Lombardi’s motion to suppress…
