SIBLEY, District Judge.
The applicant was sentenced in a federal court in South Carolina to serve a sentence of more than a year in the South Carolina state penitentiary, to run concurrently with a state sentence there. During the term of the sentences the Governor of South Carolina, under the parole laws of that state (Cr. Code S. C. 1922, § 969), ordered the applicant to be released on parole, and he was released.
