Zinke v. Knights of Maccabees of the World

Augusta M. Zinke brought a suit against tbe Knights of the Maccabees of the World to recover $421.60, the balance alleged to be due her on a benefit certificate issued by it on the life of Ferdinand Gr. Zinke, her husband. She recovered judgment for the amount sued for, and the defendant appealed the cause to the St. Louis Court of Appeals, which affirmed the judgment of the circuit court.
