The sole issue presented by this appeal is the propriety of the award provisions in a decree of divorce in favor of the plaintiff.
After a marriage lasting approximately one year and three months, on September 30, 1966, the trial court granted Genevieve Kjar a divorce from John Kjar on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment. Both parties had been previously married and their respective spouses were deceased.
