Leslie Combs, Ge-orge Allen, Jr., French Combs and Shade Comibs were indicted in the Boyd circuit court for the murder of George McIntosh committed on the 8th day of November, 1921, at what is known in the record as the Clayhole precinct in Breathitt county. The indictment contains several counts, one of which charges the commission of the murder pursuant to a conspiracy entered into by the defendants.
