This is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying the Comptroller’s plea to the jurisdiction. Nancy Saito sued the Comptroller alleging she was terminated from employment in retaliation for her filing of a workers’ compensation claim. *313The Comptroller filed a plea to the jurisdiction asserting sovereign immunity and arguing that immunity had not been waived under the statutes adopting the workers’ compensation system for state agencies.
