January 11,1947, about 8 p. m. John Rodowca and his wife, Anna Rodowca, were passengers in an automobile driven by their son, John S. Rodowca, an unemanci-pated minor, on United States Highway 45 in Langlade county, Wisconsin, when it collided with an automobile drivén by Frank Aulik. As a result of the collision the parents were fatally injured. John Rodowca, the father, was the owner of the automobile driven by his son, and carried insurance with the State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company.
