Case Summary

Following re-trial, Robert D. Storey (“Storey”) appeals his convictions and sentences for Possession of Methamphetamine in Excess of Three (3) Grams with Intent to Deliver and Manufacture of Methamphetamine in Excess of Three (3) Grams.
