DUGGAN, Justice.

The appellant was convicted of murder, and his punishment assessed by the jury at life in the Texas Department of Corrections.

The sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict is not challenged on appeal, and no error committed at trial is alleged. Instead, the appellant urges four grounds of error concerning post-trial procedure regarding his third amended motion for new trial.
