MEMORANDUM

The instant adversary proceeding was commenced on November 6, 1991, by ROYAL BANK OF PENNSYLVANIA (“the Plaintiff”) in the course of the above-captioned voluntary joint Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, filed by JOSEPH B. SELIG and TREMAYNE SELIG (“the Debtors”) on June 17, 1991. The first Count of the Complaint asserts a challenge to the discharge of the Debtors pursuant to “11 U.S.C. §§ 727(A)(2) and (4)(c),” which presumably is a reference to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2) and (a)(4)(C).
