Karl E. Kohler, William E. Daniels and Ralph G. Louk own a parcel of land in the Town of Vienna, containing approximately 12.17 acres, hereinafter referred to as the “Louk Tract”. The land was formerly zoned RS-16, which permitted single-family detached residential 16,000 square foot lots. The owners divided the tract into three parcels and applied for a rezoning of parcels 1 and 3 to RTH category, which permits townhouse clusters, and for a rezoning of parcel 2 to RS-10 category, which permits 10,000 square foot residential lots.
