[ 1 Tommy D. Tatum was charged in Saline County with two counts of first-degree terroristic threatening for his involvement in events at a Bryant gas station on July 24, 2009. The felony information alleged that Tatum, while holding a knife, threatened to kill Holly White with the purpose of terrorizing her, and that he committed an identical act toward her husband, Justin White. Tatum was tried in a bench trial, was found guilty on both counts, and was sentenced to concurrent terms of thirty days in the county jail and six years’ probation. On appeal he contends that 1)…
