Appellant Steve Lenn Hill appeals his convictions in the Arkansas County Circuit Court for three counts of kidnapping, three counts of aggravated assault, one count of battery in the second degree, one count of residential burglary, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in allowing the State to (1) amend its felony information after the trial was underway; and (2) introduce a statement that had not been provided to him under the rules of discovery.
