The defendant was found guilty of aggravated robbery upon trial by jury and was sentenced to a term of not less than five years nor more than eight years in the penitentiary. Prior to trial, defendant’s motion for detention of property and to suppress evidence was denied by the court after an evidentiary hearing. This writ of error is directed to the court’s denial of this motion.
