Defendant, Craig James McNabb, was charged with reckless driving, contrary to § 5.14 of the Uniform Traffic Code as adopted by the City of Harbor Springs. On January 14, 1985, *584defense counsel filed a demand for information, including a demand for a copy of the police report in the case. At a February 5, 1985, pretrial conference, the city attorney offered defense counsel an opportunity to review the report in the city attorney’s office.
