OPINION
BUCKINGHAM, Judge.
After a trial by jury in the Fayette Circuit Court, Cecil Buford was convicted of two counts of trafficking in a simulated substance in violation of KRS 218A.350 and one count each of trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree and being a persistent felony offender in the first degree. He was sentenced to six months in the county jail on each of the two counts of trafficking in a simulated substance, and the sentences were ordered to run concurrently with each other and concurrently with the sentence of five years on the charge of trafficking in a…
