Prosser v. Glass

This is an appeal from a summary judgment awarded to defendants in a personal injury action. We affirm the trial court's judgment.

The material facts of the case are undisputed. Dennis Prosser and Glen Hogland of Gas Vaporizers, Inc. (incorporated in Ohio), entered into a contract with Jim Myers and James Gressinger of Gulf States Fuel Engineering, Inc. (Gulf States).
