This appeal is from an order of the court below granting summary judgment in favor of defendants/appellees Houston Independent School District (HISD), the district’s board of trustees, Billy Reagan (Superintendent), B.G. Laird (Deputy Superintend ent), and Don Board (Director of Safety, Driver’s Education and Worker’s Compensation).
