This is a summary judgment case involving the liability of the Kerrville Independent School District and certain of its individual employees for personal injuries sustained by Mark William Bernhard, a student at Tivy High School of the Kerrville Independent School District. The trial court granted the School District’s plea in bar on the basis of governmental immunity and granted the individual defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
