Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County *1087(Deborah A. Haendiges, J.), rendered November 17, 2011. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a nonjury verdict, of attempted burglary in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
