The parties will he referred to herein as they appeared below. This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in favor of plaintiff and against the defendants for the sum of $2,150.45, with interest at 6 per cent, from October 1, 1930, and a further judgment against the defendant Wattenbarger for the additional sum of $118.50, with interest at 6 per cent, from October 1, 1930, and costs.
