This is an action to foreclose a contractor’s lien for labor and materials filed pursuant to' K. S. A. 60-1102, against the owners of real property. The owners, Larry and Joleen Cunningham, contracted to construct a motel in Dodge City, Kansas. The con tractor, Edward T. Stewart, contracted to do the plumbing, heating and air conditioning work on this motel.
