In this diversity case arising out of a contract dispute, Plaintiff-Appellant Black Sea Investments, Ltd. (“Black Sea”) appeals the district court’s granting the motion of Defendant-Appellee United Heritage Corporation (“United Heritage”) to stay and administratively close the underlying federal action. The district court ruled that a stay was appropriate under the abstention doctrine announced by the Supreme Court in Colorado River Water Conservation District v.
