THIS CAUSE came before the Court on Magistrate Judge Stephen T. Brown’s Report and Recommendation (the “Report”) [D.E. 17], issued on October 17, 2008. On June 11, 2008, Plaintiff filed his Motion for Attorney’s Fees [D.E. 8], and the Court referred the Motion to Judge Brown under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B). In the Report, Judge Brown recommends granting Plaintiffs Motion. On October 27, 2008, Defendants filed Objections to the Report [D.E. 18].
