This appeal arises from the court’s judgment, dated September 2, 2010, on the parties’ post-marital dissolution cross motions for contempt in which *339the court granted, in part, the motion filed by the plaintiff, Teresa Guaragno, and denied the motion filed by the defendant, William Guaragno. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly: (1) found him in contempt of court for his failure to pay certain healthcare expenses incurred for the benefit of the parties’ minor children in accordance with the terms of the parties’ marital dissolution agreement and judgment;1…
