Glendále Shooting Club, Inc. (“Defendant”) appeals the trial court’s dismissal of its motion to dissolve a permanent injunc*103tion that was issued against it in 1987, restricting the use of its property as a shooting range. Defendant argues on appeal that the trial court erred in: (1) allowing twenty-two additional plaintiffs (“In-tervenors”) to intervene in the suit as a matter of right under Rule 52.12(a); (2) refusing to apply Section 537.294 RSMo.
