Plaintiff seeks recovery of damages for the personal injuries she sustained on February 13, 1959 when she slipped and fell on the floor of the premises of Ellen’s Beauty Shop, where she is employed as a maid by Ellen Steward, who operates the shop in Shreveport, Louisiana, under lease from the owner of the building, Frank Graham.
