During the course of administration of this estate an application was made to the Surrogate’s Court for an order to sell certain portions of the real estate of which said intestate died seized for the payment of debts, funeral expenses and expenses of administration. The petition alleged that the personal property was insufficient for such purposes, but did not set out the facts as required by section 236 of the Surrogate’s Court Act by giving a schedule showing the funeral expenses and the claims presented and allowed by the administrator, and the value of the personal estate coming…
