MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter comes before the Court on Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Terry R. Morrison (“Plaintiff’), a co-debt- or in this case, seeking judgment as a matter of law on issues raised in his complaint against his employer, Fleetwood Homes of Georgia (“Defendant”) for turnover of property and for violation of the automatic stay. This is a core matter within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A) and (E).
