ORDER
MOORE, District Judge.
On May 1, 2000, Judge James D. Walker, Jr. of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia issued an order in favor of Appellee Terry Morrison, granting a motion for summary judgment. That order held that Appellant, Fleetwood Homes of Georgia, could not charge Appellee a fee to administer the salary deduction order issued as part of Appellee’s chapter 13 plan.
