Following the destruction of their home in Hurricane Katrina, Michael and Mary Robichaux filed suit on October 26, 2006, in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Mississippi, against their insurers, Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company (“Nationwide”) and their insurance agent, Jay Fletcher Insurance (“Fletcher Insurance”).
