— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent Board of Zoning Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Mutton-*586town, denying petitioner’s application for a special use permit, petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 1, 1980, which dismissed the petition. Judgment affirmed, with costs. Robert and Tina Sohn, husband and wife, purchased a 40-room house situated on 14.2 acres of land in the Village of Muttontown in August, 1975.
