MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER GRANTING MOTIONS FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Plaintiffs are 26 individuals who invested money in Bellerose Credit Corporation (“Bellerose”), based on their understanding that their investments were to provide secured financing for car loans extended by Bellerose. Defendant Steven Fisher is the sole officer of Bellerose, and the sole owner of Defendant Winston Barrett Associates, Inc., which has been dissolved.
