L.M. (“the mother”) appeals from a judgment of the Calhoun Circuit Court (“the trial court”) in favor of K.A. (“the father”). The record reveals the following pertinent facts. The parties are the parents of Ke.A. (“the child”), a child born on December 17, 2007, in Calhoun County. The parties were never married; however, they lived together in Calhoun County after the child was born until approximately May 2008.
