^Defendant, Preston Porter, was charged by grand jury indictment with three counts of aggravated rape of a victim under the age of thirteen, violations of La. R.S. 14:42(A)(4), and one count of second degree kidnapping, a violation of La. R.S. 14:44.1. Defendant pled not guilty to all charges.
