McLAUGHLIN, Circuit Judge:
Defendant Caroline Ekwunoh pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute more than one kilogram of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) (1988) and 841(b)(l)(A)(i) (1988 & Supp. IV 1992). Judge Weinstein sentenced her to 60 months’ imprisonment, to be followed by five years supervised release. United States v. Ekwunoh, 813 F.Supp. 168 (E.D.N.Y.1993).
